NEC Released Preseason men's and women's hoops polls

Today October 23rd The Northeast Conference revealed it's 2012-2013 Men's and Women's
College Basketball Preseason polls and All-Teamers. The NEC looks very strong from top to bottom in both leagues. In 2011-2012 the Northeast Conference Women's Basketball league had the #15 rated RPI in the NCAA out of all conferences, a EXTREMELY HUGE move considering the NEC is considered a LOW Major D1 Conference.
